Speedway LLC (Speedway), the nation’s second-largest chain of company-owned and –operated gasoline and convenience stores with approximately 2,730 stores in 21 states, is currently hiring exceptional employees for a new Speedy Café remodel coming soon to Westfield! Open Interviews are being conducted to fill entry level leadership positions, including Full Time Team Leads (Shift Leader Trainees) and Full Time Assistant Managers (Co-Manager Trainees).Other positions are also available including Full Time and Part Time Cashiers (Customer Service Representatives), and Food Service Specialists .

Starting on Friday, August 18th, Speedway will hold a hiring event Every Friday from 11 am-2 pm and Every Tuesday from 2 pm to 5 pm at:

What you bring to the Cashier (Customer Service Representative) and Food Service Specialist positions:

• Meeting and exceeding customer expectations on every visit
• Maintaining a clean, safe environment to ensure the store is presentable
• Food preparation including making one of our customer-favorites….coffee!
• Ensuring proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
• Ability to follow proper health code guidelines
• Ability to be a brand ambassador and continue to develop our evolving food program!
• Cash handling, fuel transactions, and consistently promoting the Speedy Rewards loyalty program, where food sales generate lots of extra bonus points for our customers!
• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.

What you bring to the Team Lead (Shift Leader Trainee) and Assistant Manager (Co-Manager Trainee) positions:

• Assist in training and coaching employees on all policies and procedures
• Ability to learn how to order products and perform banking duties
• Maintaining a clean, safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures to ensure the store is presentable and that all products are in-stock
• Food preparation including making one of our customer-favorites….coffee!
• Ensuring proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
• Assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs
• Cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the Speedy Rewards loyalty program
• A high school diploma/GED
• A valid Driver’s License and auto insurance (if required to drive on company business)
• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
