Administrative Assistant
This position is open due to a relocation.
The Administrative Assistant in our organization wears many hats:
Receptionist -- We answer every call in-person -- no automated attendant -- this function is the primary responsibility of the Administrative Assistant. We have a back-up and a back-up to the back-up. Answering calls, greeting visitors and directing to the appropriate individual or department is critical to our business and our culture.
Computer Entry --Assisting the Finance Department by keying in invoices and deposits into Quick Books software. Update CRM data for sales and executives.
Travel, Meeting & Event Planning & Coordination -- making travel arrangements for sales team and coordinating arrangements for conferences and goodwill functions including Holiday parties, birthday celebrations and meetings.
Operations Support -- Assisting with projects and mailings for the marketing support in addition to a variety of operations support functions including: ordering office supplies, updating company directories, coordinating Outlook Calendar events, Executive Correspondence and filing projects as requested.
Requirements:
Qualified candidates must have strong organization skills and be able to adeptly answer the phones and greet visitors without appearing rushed - You are the voice and the face of our company! A professional and warm greeting is key. Qualified candidates must also have intermediate skills in Word, Excel, Outlook Calendar functions and experience with basic Accounting and Sales/CRM software (Sage, Quicken, Quick Books, Salesforce, Maximizer, Hub Spot).
Hours: 8:30am -- 5:00pm
Compensation: $15-$18/hour
