House Supervisor-PRN

The House Supervisor has the responsibility of supporting the mission of the hospital which is to provide patients with the highest quality of healthcare within an atmosphere of genuine caring. In addition: the House Supervisor supports nursing unit management and acts as a liaison between Nursing Administration and Nursing Services. The position encompasses the coordination of ancillary departments with Nursing Services involving equipment, medical records, treatments, exams, pharmacy procedures, maintaining a current report on patient census, personnel, patients and physician needs whenever necessary. To ensure coordination of patient care throughout the continuum. To assist with ensuring patient outcomes are achieved and that variances are tracked, trended and addressed as necessary.

RN License to practice in the State of Arkansas Graduate of a School of Professional Nursing

Requirements are ACLS, BLS and PALS certification.

Must be available to work day and night shifts.

Must have excellent communication and critical thinking skills.

Regulatory compliance knowledge is desired.
