WORKING FOREMAN
As the foreman, you'll be expected to ensure all maintenance and repair jobs are handled and processed per company procedure. You are also responsible for communicating with clients and customers directly and overall manage the shop during your shifts.

• Directing and supervising staff when servicing and repairing equipment.
• Enforcing policies for inspections, maintenance and repairs.
• Authorize and process purchasing of supplies, tools and machinery.
• Coordinate and organize contacts and vendors for services performed outside of shop.
• Processing coding and ensuring all work and charges are applied to customer invoices.

• Strong verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills.
• Must have diesel maintenance experience, turning a wrench.
• Ability to team build and facilitate cohesive team.
• CDL Class A license a plus (not required).
