Manager - Full-time

Goldbergs Bagel Company & Deli is seeking an experienced Managers. The Manager contributes to the overall success of the restaurant through leading the team and providing true hospitality to our guests.

The day-in-the-life of a Manager with Goldberg’s Bagel Company & Deli is never the same, yet always rewarding.  As a Manager, you will oversee the entire operations and service of the restaurant. Hiring, training, coaching and developing a successful team is your daily goal and ultimately your success. 

Daily duties will also include, but not be limited to:

• Ensuring guest standards are met or exceeded by hiring people who are truly passionate about hospitality.
• Scheduling the staff to satisfy the guests while being fiscally responsible business manager.
• Utilizing all forecasting tools for labor and scheduling.
• Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales.
• Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
• Checking stock levels and ordering supplies.
• Helping in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate.
