Customer Service Representatives

This is a large pharmaceutical benefit management company. This position is for call center representatives. Customer service representatives will be taking in 50-60 inbound phone calls per day. They will be assisting customers with their health insurance questions. This company is looking for those who are interested in the health care/pharmaceutical industry and want to grow within the company. There is many different departments for customer service representatives to grow within.

Shift: Everyone must be flexible between 8am-11pm, 7 days a week.

Each person is assigned 8 hour shifts, 5 days a week.

Shift bids are done every March & September and they are based off of quality of work.

Pay: $15/hour starting out

6 month contract, contract to hire

Preferred Qualifications:

• Medical/Pharmaceutical backgrounds
• Call center background
• Some type of degree/medical certification
