WIS International, a premier global inventory and merchandising provider, seeks full-time and part-time, entry-level retail Area Recruiters to join our team. Interviewing, hiring, training, planning and organizing experience is a plus! Our business is growing and we need several new Area Recruiters to service our high profile retail clients! Our Recruiters present the first view into the culture of our organization and we want enthusiastic and positive recruiters to share with applicants all of the fantastic benefits of being on a WIS team!

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Communicate professionally both verbally and in writing with our applicants.
  • Access local/community sources to ensure sufficient candidates to meet staffing goals.
  • Review applications, screen and interview Inventory Counters with enthusiasm while complying with all legal requirements.
  • Accurately and timely process all applicants/hires in our Applicant Tracking System and Onboarding systems.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentially with all personal and employment information.
  • Embrace the overall responsibility to maintain adequate staffing levels for the office.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Requires knowledge of interviewing techniques and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
  • One year of recruitment experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven business writing skills
  • Excellent computer skills
