Responsibilities:
* Ability to work from electrical schematics, wire diagrams, and blueprints to maintain and troubleshoot the conveyor equipment and automated machines.
* Requisitions spare parts, tools, equipment, and supplies.
* Responsible for biohazard clean up
* Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work crew.
* Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems.
* Reports all pertinent information when completing work orders.
* Confers with other supervisors to coordinate maintenance activities that impact production departments.
* Inspects completed work for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards.
* Helps to develop cost estimates for all types of maintenance projects.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Two-year Electromechanical Technology degree from college or technical school; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Needs to have excellent PLC, PC, mechanical and communication skills.
