Sales Support Representative (Administrative Assistant)

Currently seeking a Sales Support Representaive for an up and coming company in the Fishers, IN area!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assists the sales effort by the efficient handling and processing of all customer proposals and orders within established time frames. Maintains a positive attitude and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities for other work team members.

Daily Functions of the job:

• Enters all proposals and orders in system
• Distributes purchase orders to vendors
• Sends orders to vendor/manufacturers
• Checks vendor/manufacturers acknowledgments
• Works closely with Project Managers, designers and sales representatives to ensure order entry accuracy.
• Orders products from customer's punch list.
• Works with Project Managers to quickly resolve punch list issues
• Backs-up front desk for breaks, lunch and/or vacation based on monthly schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 years of order entry experience
• Sales Support or Administrative experience
