On behalf of IMPAQ International, Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking Work from Home Telephone Interviewers to conduct telephone surveys from their home. You will ask questions over the phone regarding Medicare to the respondents. This position pays $10 per hour, and the position will last for one month.

As a Work from Home Telephone Interviewer, you will…

  • Contact health plan call centers across the country to help Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) evaluate healthcare compliance
  • Contact 2 types of call centers – those support Medicare enrollees / participants and those supporting pharmacies
  • Must be on the phone the full shift (4 to 6 hours) and comfortable making a high volume of calls with specific time constraints.

Position Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to read and speak English fluently
  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred; preferably in a government agency, hospitality, financial/banking, or professional office setting
  • Hard-wired high-speed internet service required – must be able to connect via Ethernet cable connection; wireless/WIFI connection not permitted
  • Landline telephone service required – wireless/satellite/cable phones service not permitted
  • Proficiency with troubleshooting and using computers
  • Background check required

Hours & Training

  • 4 – 6 hours per shift
  • 20 – 40 hours per week
  • Successful completion of self-study and web-based training prior to outbound calling
  • Project timeline is from September 22nd – November 9th, 2017 – training timeline is tentative
  • New Hire Training & Equipment Delivery – September 22nd – October 9th
  • Project-Specific Training – October 9th – 15th
  • Outbound Calling – October 16th – November 9th
