About this job
Provide guests with efficient and courteous service. Assist the guest at the bowling lanes, answer any questions they have about bowling, be able to clean up the lanes after guests are done for a quick turnover.
Requirements
Job Requirements
• Guest service experience preferred
• Cash handling experience preferred
• Be able to lift 20lbs or more
• Be comfortable standing for your entire shift
• Be able to move and quickly clean lanes
Additional Information
• Assist guest at the bowling lanes
• Assist guest with putting their names into the computer
• Retrieve bowling balls that are stuck on the lanes
• Put bowling balls away in their proper places
• Pre buss tables in the bowler’s area
• Keep bowl area clean Perform daily bowl desk maintenance duties and complete various reports as needed
• Remove trash
• Trouble shoot, identify, and handle common malfunctions calls
• Ensure security of all bowl area
• Assist in other areas of the building
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by Managers or General Managers
