Server

Overview
As a server at Felix, you are responsible for creating transporting and memorable dining experiences for every guest that you serve. You will be expected to come to work with a positive attitude, excited to work as a team to reach one common goal; that every guest leaves happy.

The Scope of the Role and Responsibilities are as follows:
•Make orders, deliver food and drink within timing standards
•Communicate daily features and make recommendations to guests
•Operate form "Yes" and always try to accommodate special requests
•Provide above and beyond customer service
•Handle cash and process payments
•Serve alcohol in accordance with California Law
•Maintain strong product and menu knowledge
•Follow Health and Safety Standards when handling food and beverage
•Partake in regular testing to ensure product knowledge is to standard
•Attend regularly scheduled training meetings to develop knowledge and skills; utilizing the tools on our online learning platform to continue learning and bettering yourself

Skills / Experience
•Previous serving experience
•Experience with Aloha or similar POS
•Excellent Customer Service skills
•Multi-tasker
•Team player
•Knowledge of Italian food and wine an asset
•Positive Attitude
•TIPS Certification
