Hot N Juicy Crawfish welcomes applications for our management team in the Fountain Valley/Orange County area. Hot N Juicy is a unique, dynamic, and growing restaurant with 12 locations across the US. We are looking for self-motivated and energetic leaders to start their management career! There is a lot of room to advance in the company as we grow in our nationwide expansion.
As an Assistant Manager, you will be an important member of the team that will be managing many aspects of the restaurant.
Ideal candidates would embody the following qualities:
- Strong leadership skills and ability to command respect from peers without demanding it
- Problem solver that can think creatively
- Organized and efficient
- Professional and effective in communication with employees and customers
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment
- Attentive to the needs of customers. Responds quickly and competently to customers. Maintains the flow of satisfied customers.
Ideal candidates would be able to accomplish the following tasks:
- Achieve smooth operational objectives on a daily basis
- Meet financial objectives
- Maintain inventory and complete vendor orders
- Staff hiring and training
- Employee human resource objectives
- Manage employees with a positive attitude and provide a fun atmosphere for all employees and customers
- Serve tables and assist servers as needed
- Maintain proper health code and sanitation throughout restaurant to ensure a clean preparation and serving environment
- Ability to drive company cargo van if necessary
Requirements:
- ServSafe certified
- Valid driver's license
Notes: The position is Full Time and pay is TBD BOE (salary). Current students in the final stages of their degree are welcome to apply assuming they have a low course load. We will try our best to accommodate class schedules as long as they do not conflict with major operations and peak service times.
