Marketing/ Community Liaison - Full-time

Job DescriptionLead multiple aspects of the in-store marketing program execution including oversight and implementation of Global and Regional marketing initiatives. Develop a strong community presence and foster partnerships with community organizations, schools, and non-profits.Responsibilities * Support marketing and promotional programs and initiatives through consistent program execution; includes implementation and regular audits of price and item sign standards and promotional collateral. * Work with Store Leadership to create strong community partnerships and communicate these partnerships to both team members and customers. * Develop a strong community presence by working with community organizations, non-profits, neighborhood associations and schools and leveraging those partnerships to see a positive return on investment. * Create monthly in-store customer experience calendar; includes execution of events and reporting to appropriate stakeholders. * Conduct and/or coordinate store tours, classes, and lecture programs for groups. * Educate team members and customers on new, local, and private label products. * Manage store social media accounts. * Work with Regional Marketing and Store Leadership to define objectives, strategies and plan. * Act as a source of creative ideas and solutions to increase store sales. * Keep Store Leadership informed of all events, programs, and marketing initiatives.
