 Recruitment Coordinator Our Home Instead Senior Care office is looking for a dynamic individual to join our administrative team as a full-time Recruitment Coordinator.

Primary Responsibilities: 
  • Answer each employment inquiry in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner
  • Develop and implement new recruitment strategies within the community to include career fairs and sponsored events
  • Manage our online recruitment system for prospective CAREGivers
  • Schedule and conduct applicant interviews in an efficient and professional manner
  • Create all employment records, including but not limited to: I-9 form, W-4 form and all other employment related documents
  • Manage the process of character reference, criminal background and motor vehicle checks on all new and existing CAREGivers
  • Assist in calling CAREGivers and clients when there are alerts from our online system
  • Schedule and conduct new-hire CAREGiver orientation in coordination with the Manager of Engagement and Retention
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in standard office software applications, such as Microsoft Office and Google Apps
  • 3 years professional experience at a minimum
  • College degree highly preferred
  • Relevant experience in human resource processes a plus
