Warehouse Associates needed immediately!

We're looking for bright, energetic, reliable staff to work in various Warehouses in El Mirage, and Tempe, AZ.

Pay rates are generally $11.00 and up per hour.  We highly encourage candidates to fill out an online application prior to coming in to the recruiting office in order to expedite the interview process. Pay Rate

Shift Schedule
Shift schedules vary according to client business needs and may include 40+ hours per week.  Shift scheduling options may include day shift, night shift, and weekends depending upon client business needs.

 

Job Duration
These are temporary and temp to hire positions and may last for several weeks or longer based on client business needs. If client business needs increase or decrease there may be a potential for the project to be extended or shortened. In some cases, client business needs have created opportunities for long-term or full-time employment.

 

Job Duties
• Learn the general processes involved with order fulfillment (picking, packing, shipping, receiving, etc...)
• Learn and adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards
• Receive products using radio frequency scanners
• Pick customer orders on a multi-level mezzanine
• Pack and ship customer orders,
• Relocate products within the fulfillment center 

 

 Requirements

General Requirements
• No prior work experience is required although previous warehouse fulfillment experience is preferred
• Must read and write English fluently
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must provide valid ID and work authorization documentation
• Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug testing
• Must have reliable method of transportation. 
• Strict adherence to attendance policy and punctuality.

 
Physical Requirements
• Must be able to perform all job duties and physical requirements within the work environment as described below on a regular basis with or without reasonable accommodation as a Warehouse Associate.
• Stand and/or walk during shifts between 8 and 12 hours long (flex and part-time shifts may vary)
• Lift and move up to 30 pounds
• Lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts between 8 and 12 hours long
• Push and pull product up to 30 pounds during shift between 8 and 12 hours long
• Engage in full manual dexterity in both hands and wrists
• Continuously climb and descend four stories of stairs safely
• Work Environment
• Work with and around moving mechanical parts
• Noise level and temperature may vary throughout the warehouse
• Working nights, weekends, and/or holidays may be required especially during holiday season
• Overtime may be required depending upon business need
