* You must be hard working, team-oriented, friendly, honest and have great customer skills.
* 18+ and Bilingual (English and Spanish) applicants are particularly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities of a Kitchen Team Member:
* Although you may have a favorite, be willing to learn, serve, and lead in the following positions: Breading, Machines, Prep, or Boards
* Uphold high standards of food safety and cleanliness by maintaining your work station and following food safe guidelines.
* Pull and rotate chicken between the freezer and thawing cabinets
* Ensure walk -in cooler/freezer is clean of clutter, checked for expiration dates, and stock is off the floor
* Organize stock, count inventory, and clean equipment
* Ensure day dots are being utilized and chicken products are properly stored
* Ensure kitchen area is well maintained, swept, mopped, clutter free and that ladders are secure
* Always be asking the question: "What is our Guest experience right now?" What can you do to impact and improve their experience?
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
