As a critical member of Mobile and connected experience team, you will lead cross-functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize impactful and differentiated strategies for Kohl’s Omni channel effort. Working closely with engineering, strategy, marketing, merchandising, consumer insights, user experience, and other cross-functional leaders, you will use data and analytics as well as a strategic mindset to deliver best-in-class customer experiences. You will communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap to senior leaders and business partners. You will drive overall business growth through delivering product initiatives.
Required Experience
8+ years of product management (3+ with MBA).
Significant front-end eCommerce / Platform or Retail experience required.
Understanding Mobile customers behavior and Industry is a plus
Emerging technologies like Bot, AI, Conversational commerce is a plus.
Leads all or a majority of the tasks comprising of multiple products that impact future developments.
Provides guidance and recommendation to team members in creating product roadmaps.
Identifies new business opportunities and creates business strategy- Participates in strategic decision making regarding product functionality
Presents new business opportunities and strategy to Technology and Business Leadership
Review epic user stories and acceptance criteria for multiple domains working in an agile environment
Manage product developments among a wide range of cross functional internal and external resources to ensure that products are per specification
May work on business models for new initiatives and business opportunities
Works independently and seeks guidance and second opinions when needed
Customer obsession and demonstrated success in launching innovative digital experiences and capabilities.
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
Implementation orientation; demonstrated ability to translate strategic differentiators into products and features that launch.
Technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing architectural concepts, schedule tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members.
Proven ability to make smart feature versus time-to-market trade-offs; experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions and assertions of business value.
Excellent interpersonal skills; proven ability to guide cross-functional teams through influence.
