Operations Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

Staffmark is currently recruiting for an Operations Specialist for our (SUPER FUN, yet VERY busy) Van Wert Office. This position will require flexibility, working anywhere from 25 - 40 hrs per week. Monday through Friday. Hours will vary weekly, but will start out at 40 hrs per week.
This is a very fast paced position which will require the candidate to have excellent typing skills, the ability to answer multi-line phones and previous customer service experience is required. Prior staffing experience is a plus! Opportunities for advancement are available.
The job duties will include, but are not limited to:

Answering multiple phone lines
Greeting customers and associates as they walk in the door
Front office appearance is required
Contacting applicants and employees via email, text and phone
Assisting applicants and employees with on-line application and new hire documents
Scanning
Filing
Answering multiple emails daily
Multi tasking is a MUST!
Following up with employee questions and voice mail messages
Phone Interviews
Reference Checks
