About this job
MUST HAVE:
-5+ years experience working in Financial Services, on a Trading Floor Environment
-Answering phones
-Attends to e-mail / mail correspondence & distribution
-Maintains calendar, schedules appointments, arranges conference rooms, arranges equipment
-Types memos/reports/prepares Powerpoint presentation, etc.
-Maintains files
-Coordinates travel
-Prepares expense reimbursements / invoices for payment
-Makes photocopies / faxes
-Participates in special projects, as requested
-Assists employees and other members of staff with information as needed
-Adheres strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with Client and regulatory standards, policies and practices; reports control weaknesses, compliance breaches and operational loss events
-Supports the Company's Diversity programs.
-10+ years proven administrative experience, at least 3-5 covering an Executive Level Manager
-Excellent typing, proficiency with personal computers and pertinent mainframe systems/software
-Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
-Ability to deal with all levels of personnel and external parties
-Ability to exercise discretion on confidential matters
-5+ years experience working in Financial Services, on a Trading Floor Environment
