Regional Sales Manager (GA, NEWNAN)

• Responsible for overall staff supervisions and management within given territory (21 stores)
• Manage, influence and support Wireless Specialists, Store Leads, Store Managers and District Sales Manager in order to achieve company goals and objectives
• Directly assist District Sales Managers with ongoing projects and trainings
• Plan and coordinate monthly events for the team
• Plan and execute strategies and action plans to meet current sales objectives
• Responsible for observing customer follow-up calls, coaching employees to optimize results and intervening to resolve performance problems
• Lead and mentor the sales force by providing guidance and support to the team
• Network, recruit, and hire qualified staff of sales professionals
• Take disciplinary actions if needed
• Provide feedback to President and Corporate Office concerning marketing needs, product development and pricing
• Regional Manager is expected to grow and enhance its team as well as further relationships with new and existing customer base
• Promote stores and build customer awareness in the local market
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Russell Cellular and Verizon Wireless services and products
• Be capable of selling and consulting customers if needed

Retail sales and service of cellular phones and wireless services:

• Meet or exceeding company sales goals
• Demonstrate equipment capabilities
• Perform plan analysis in order to meet customers' needs

Weekly operations:

• Conference call with District Sales Managers in order to review daily operations, sales forms and store performance reports
• Manage customer follow-up program
• Inventory management: receiving/ordering/reporting
• Monitor business and technology trends within the industry
• Assure compliance by stores of all policies and procedures set by Russell Cellular and Verizon Wireless
• Assist Corporate Office with setting up new locations
