Asa Metabolic Specialist with Life Time Training, you will drive MetabolicAssessments, Metabolic Conditionings and Health Technology programs for theLife Time Training department. Professional advice, products and strategies to fueland enrich our members' healthy way of life.

MOVEIT- Customized Workouts
Activities, events, and programs to keep ourmembers' engaged in healthy and entertaining ways.
(Examples: Private Training, Weight Loss, MetabolicCoaching, TEAM Classes, Pilates)
Duties & Responsibilities
* Perform ActiveMetabolic Assessments and Resting Metabolic Assessments as well as designMetabolic Conditioning programs for members and team members.
* Market,promote and connect Life Time members to our Metabolic Assessment, MetabolicConditioning & Health Technology programs.
* Ensure theLife Time Training team members market, promote, and connect our members to ourMetabolic Assessment, Metabolic Conditioning and Health Technology programs sothat they exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals.
* Ensure theLife Time Training team members are integrating the data from members'assessments into their training programs.
* Develop andsupport a team of metabolic technicians who will also perform metabolicassessments on members and team members.
* Conduct qualityassurance checks on metabolic technician team members and manage the metabolicassessment schedule.
* Perform amaximum of 15 hours of personal 1:1 clients, partner sessions, small grouptraining or large group training classes per week.
* Educate new LifeTime Training team members on the impact and value of following a MetabolicConditioning program for themselves and their clients.
* Ensure themetabolic assessment equipment is always working properly and manage theinventory of the metabolic testing kits.
* Participate inand lead various member events to broaden the awareness and impact of theMetabolic Conditioning program.
* Work closelywith the other Life Time Training leadership team members to ensure thetraining team members are providing fantastic member results and revenueperformance.
Education &Experience
* Four-yeardegree in kinesiology, sports medicine or other related field preferred
* Three to five years in the health and fitnessindustry
* Cardiovascular athletes or enthusiasts (runners,cyclists, swimmers, triathletes) are preferred
* A minimum of one year experience with heartrate training and heart rate monitors
* A minimum of 1-2 years experience performingmetabolic assessments (VO2 max and resting metabolic rate) and assessmentinterpretations with programming recommendations
Licenses /Certifications/ Registrations
* Certified PersonalTrainer (Minimum of One Certification):
* ACE, ACTION, AAPTE, ACSM,CSCCa, Cooper Institute, NASM, NCSF, NCCPT, NESTA, NETA, NFPT, NSCA, PTAGlobal, LT Academy
* CPR/AEDCertification within 6 months of hire
