Data Operations Specialist

Job DescriptionResponsible for the organization & flow of all department product data; the integrity, accuracy, completeness & timeliness of that data as well as the entry of that data into the hosting systems in coordination with the maintenance schedule and policies. Responsibilities: * Enters data for multiple regions into hosting systems in accordance with the maintenance schedule and policies. * Supports store inquiries by partnering with product teams to come to resolution * Facilitates ICON requests as needed * Follows batching procedure & auditing processes * Working knowledge of hosting & downstream systems including but not limited to: PeopleSoft, DVO, VIP, Data Monster, eStore & IRMA. * Attends meetings as scheduled & train teams on hosting system procedures for store and/or Global Purchasing team use. * Effectively communicates with multiple regions, ensuring accurate and efficient use of shared systems * Other related duties as assigned Qualifications: * Excel software knowledge and technical aptitude required. * Receiving/Accounting/purchasing knowledge or experience. * Ability to comprehend, interpret, and analyze item/category sales and pricing data. * Able to embrace change with enthusiasm and work as part of a collaborative team. * Ability to effectively manage large volumes of information according to defined parameters and schedules * Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Ability to comprehend, interpret and analyze instructions, financial reports, purchase orders, program plans and revisions * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions in one-on-one interaction, meeting/group participation/presentation situations involving Team Members, Team Leaders, Store/Facility Leadership, Regional Leadership, National/Global Leadership * Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required * Requires High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3-5 relevant functional experience.
