Call Center Representative

Your Remodeling Guys is a fast growing home improvement company that has a partnership with The Home Depot. Our operations span from Maryland to Maine and are supported by corporate office in York, PA. Nominated for business of the year and recognized as one of the largest home improvement companies in the country.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, well-spoken individual to work in the call center. As a call center representative you will be responsible for contacting prospects from various lead sources and explaining our current offers.

Job Description:

• Engaging prospects on the phone and presenting them with different opportunities.

• Achieving performance goals for acquiring presentations.

• Describing incentives and benefits.

• Leading prospects through the marketing process.

Requirements:

• Remarkable telephone skills with an ability to connect with people and display personal credibility.

• An ambitious, cheerful, inspiring attitude.

• The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and competitive environment.

• Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills.

• The ability to clearly explain benefits over the telephone.

• At least one year of inside sales, outbound call center, or telemarketing experience.
