Fenwick Hospitality Group is a farm-centric restaurant group in Princeton, NJ is looking for staff to fill barista positions for its newest restaurant, Cargot Brasserie. Cargot is a one hundred and fifty seat French-Inspired Brasserie that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in a high paced, positive, and team-oriented environment. Our baristas are responsible for taking and fulfilling orders at our coffee, pastry and grab-an-go bar and creating a positive experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become knowledgeable on coffee drink preparation and other products
- Support brand consistency through delivery of exceptional customer service to all customers.
- Prepare and serve beverage and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards
- Assist with set-up, clean-up, stock work and handling food items
- Quickly and accurately prepare beverages, interact with guest, and keep workspace clean and sanitary
