Tōst Server- Northstar California Resort - FT & PT - Winter Seasonal - Full-time / Part-time

Responsible for the assisting in the execution of the Tost Experience being at Northstar California; Tost which invites guests to enjoy a daily bubly toast on the slopes this season will be offered every day on the snow at 2 p.m., this tradition is a nod to Northstar’s casual elegance and the best of Tahoe. We are seeking a candidates with extensive knowledge of the Tahoe area, a charismatic personality to entertain the guests, and well-spoken to present the Northstar Tost. You will be responsible for the assistance in the setup, service, and breakdown.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain cleanliness of the tost location including the storage unit and designated space at Summit Smokehouse.
• Ensure that at the end of day the location is broken down properly and ready for snow or grooming at the location
• Ensure the excellence and consistency of the product, service and ambiance of the entire event experience for the guest.
• Meet or exceed all necessary food handling/sanitation qualifications and certifications.
• Provides clean work station including taking out trash, cleanliness of the glasses, inventory of the products and stocking.
• Flexible working hours.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
• Must be 21 Years Old
• One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CA Food Handler Card
• In-person interview - required
