Stylist - Full-time

Report to : Styling Manager

Scope of responsibility : The Stylist is responsible for leading projects, training and mentoring stylists, as well as style guide and process improvement ideation and implementation.

Job Summary: Responsible for providing the highest-quality styling for a variety of projects based on clients expectations. The Stylist delivers styling that supports the full scope of our brands.

Job duties/ Responsibilities:

• Lead location shoots, in house projects, and style outs with clients
• Partner with art directors and styling manager to improve/ update style guides
• Ensures photo specifications are met by participating in pre/post production meetings
• Train and mentor Stylists and Jr. Stylists for off and on figure
• Support quality control efforts, comprehensive knowledge of style guides
• Experience managing daily assignments for a transitional schedule
• Ability to represent Styling in operational planning meetings
• Support management of supply inventory
• Excellent organizational skills, regulate props for off and on figure keeping trends current
• Ensure project deadlines are always met, within budget, and without reshoots
• Effectively interface at all levels of the organization
• Drive continuous improvement in image coverage, quality, and standards
• Demonstrate exceptional critical thinking and problem solving abilities

Years of Experience: 1-5 yrs

Required Experience:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills for fast paced environment
• Respectful, team-oriented
• Understanding of adobe creative suite and microsoft office

Preferred skills:

• College degree
• Course work in fashion design and photography beneficial
