Well-established Construction Company located near Mineola, NY seeks an experienced Project Manager.
Qualified applicants MUST have retail construction project management experience. Experience with ground-up construction a plus! Must be willing to travel throughout the tri-state area as well as domestically.
Typically hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm. *Hours may vary dependent upon the projects*
Responsibilities:
Oversee the project from start to finish which includes but is not limited to: reviewing construction drawings; work with Estimators for project reviews; prepare and distribute construction schedule; conduct job start meeting with all subcontractors and personnel; prepare weekly budgets and cost projections; review and complete all project close-out requirements
Salary is competitive & commensurate with experience
