About this job
We are in need of after-school care for our 9-year-old daughter for approximately an hour each day. You will be picking her up from school and helping her with homework and other educational activities. There will also be opportunities for evening/weekend care as well as daycare when school is out of session.
Our daughter is non-verbal autistic and communicates primarily through her iPad. She is very sweet and affectionate, and has had a great relationship with her past caregivers. The ideal person for this position will be a college student or recent graduate with a background in special education, or anyone who has experience with special needs children.
