Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Hamburg - Full-time / Part-time

Seeking hands-on care near Hamburg for my father in his 80s. Schedule Details: Ideally, three a week ( preferably not weekends).. My mother (79) also lives in the home, but has limited mobility. Someone is needed to help my father with daily hygiene, and also to stay with him while my mother goes out to shop, to doctor's appointments, etc. We are looking for someone one to come three times a week for a couple of hours per visit. At this point, however, even once or twice a week would be a huge help.
