POSITION PURPOSE
Complete and document timely, accurate repairs of all assigned repair orders while working in the shop and on location at the customer facility and strive to achieve an 80% or better labor utilization rate for the branch.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
75% Diagnose and repair dispenser install equipment
10% Ensure paperwork is complete and accurate.
15% Accommodate customer requests, ensure vehicles is clean, and attend workplace trainings and meetings.
NATURE AND SCOPE
Reports to the Service Manager. No direct reports.
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Education Required:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 1+years
Physical Requirements:
Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward.

- Ability to make voltage and amp draw readings
- Efficient with computers and comfortable learning technology
- Ability to read and diagnose machine schematics
- Mechanical repair experience
