Production Warehouse Associates - Full-time / Part-time

Job DescriptionKelly Services is currently seeking a Production Operator for a leading manufacturing company in Exton, PA. Hours: 10:30 am - 7 pm, M-FPay: $14\hr. Location: Exton, PADuration: Long term tempProduction Operator Responsibilities:- Safely manufacture/operate production equipment according to work instructions and set up sheets. Understand production needs/orders to fulfill as directed by supervisor. - Inspect products according to guidelines to ensure quality product to the customer. Immediately report any non-conforming product so proper corrective action can be initiated. Complete all associated inspection forms as defined by the process.- Properly package product as instructed to meet customer requirements or internal requirements.- Set up and clean up areas of production on a daily basis.- Remove waste from production area.- Supports various facility tasks and projects as requested by the manager.- Follows all safety procedures when working on equipment.- Responsible for promoting a safe, clean working environment in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Report all safety issues with equipment to the management team. - Adheres to and is compliant with all Local, State and Federal Safety and Environmental laws. - Compliant with TS16949/AS9100 procedures and policies.Production Operator Qualifications:- Preferably, at least three (3) years- experience working in manufacturing.- Familiar with Quality Management and how it affects production.- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize work.- Capable of reading and following instructions. Ability to neatly and accurately document production information on provided forms- Demonstrate safe work practices and understands the safety requirements- High School graduate/equivalent and relevant work experience preferred.Apply today!!
