Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Job DescriptionKelly Services is looking for Customer Service Representatives for a customer in Southfield, Mi. This is a temporary position lasting roughly 90 days, but could be extended longer if needed. Pay is $12/hour and the hours are 10a-7pm Monday-Friday. Job Duties:Will be responsible for taking inbound calls from Ford RAV customers and dealers to answer questions regarding cases-ie case status, provide information on missing documents, provide check information, etc.Will also be conducting Welcome calls for new cases that are assigned to the Ford RAV team and informing the customer that their case was received and the documents required to expedite case handling and who their case handler will be. RequirementsGood Multi-Tasking experience is requiredAbility to use multiple computer screens and navigate multiple systems at once is requiredExperience with Excel is required.
