Seeking Shipping/Receiving Clerks - North County - Full-time / Part-time

Job DescriptionKelly Services is in search of experienced Shipping and Receiving Clerks for our North San Diego County based clients. In addition to being experienced, this role requires go-getters with positive attitudes and the ability to multitask. If you have the experience and the ability to succeed as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, we are interested in hearing from you!Essential Duties:Knowledgeable of all shipping regulations, ground, air, ocean.Ability to conduct and converse in a professional and informative manner.Attention to compliance in all aspects of job.Manage and coordinate shipping/receiving of different areas and different types of material.Verify shipping documentation is correct by quality inspections prior to departure of material.Pack an internal and external shipment according to specifications and requirements.Ensure Temperature Requirements are met.Package material in appropriate container according to department guidelines.Process shipments using courier services. Ensure courier requirements are met.UPS, FedEx, DHL ExpressStage package for Courier pickup.Confirm piece count hand off.Follow directions given by Manager and work with other Team Leaders.Maintain a clutter free and clean dock area.Maintain stock of packaging material.PackagingAdhere to policies and procedures for employer and customerRequirements:At least six months of prior shipping, receiving, and/or warehouse experienceAt least six months of customer service experienceAbility to stand for long periods of time, bend, and lift up to 50lbs High school diploma/GED/or equivalentShifts: 1st & 2ndPay range: $12-$16/HR Why Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
