Legal Assistance - Full-time / Part-time

Job DescriptionAssist 4 attorneys on daily activities, including but not limited to, typing of motions and other documents, filing, photocopying, answering the phone and other secretarial duties. RequirementsAssignment Duration: 90 days approximatelyWork Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm (4 work hours)Academic Degree Completed Required: Associate Degree (minimum)Previous Experience Required: Experience as legal secretary 1-2 yrsBilingualComputer Knowledge: Word, ExcelAny Additional Skills or requirements: Must be able to comply with deadlines and deal with stressful situations, such as having to type or copy documents in a short amount of time.
