Product Surveillance Specialist Responsible for receiving, investigating and responding to customer technical complaints and returns.  Assist in providing detailed status reports and associated trending. Receives and collects information on customer complaints via telephone and in writing. Communicates effectively with customers to obtain proper information. Investigates with supervision complaints by coordinating lab. Testing and other investigatory methods. Responds to complaints both verbally and in writing in using clear, effective way, conveys the information to various government agencies. Contributes to regular status reports for management to evaluate product quality trends and project status.
