Job DescriptionKelly Services is currently hiring a multi forklift driver for a prestigious Agriculture client in Salinas Pay Rate: $15.00/hourESSENTIAL DUTIES:- Daily inspection of multi-forklift and filling out report as well as communicating problems immediately- Be aware and adhere to all safety aspects and dangers of machinery- Unloading field loads and loading outgoing shipments- Service field trucks- Set-up Vacuum tubes- Stack and re-stack cartons weighting up to 50 pounds- Move and manipulate pallets manually- Communicate with Receiving and Shipping offices over CB or 2-way radio - Keep product flowing to all cooling areas with proper placement in the specified areas and removal of empty pallets- Follow directions: written and verbal.- Miscellaneous duties and tasks as assigned by Supervision.Requirements- Operate a Multi Forklift in an efficient and precise manner- Complete and pass a Company approved forklift driving (& written) certification test.- Lift up to 50 pounds- Read, understand, and communicate in English.- Ability to work flexible hours or until job is completed.- Awareness of all safety aspects and dangers of machinery.HighlightsHired on by the client after working 30 days Why Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
