Kelly Services is looking for Patient Case Coordinators for a client in Fort Mill, SC! Job Duties: Taking inbound calls. Reviewing documents. Verifying benefits with insurance companies. Contacting doctor's offices with patient benefit approvals.  Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Post high school degree preferred. Strong customer service experience. Call center experience is highly desired. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 hour shift between the hours of 8am - 8pm. Must be able to work any shift within these hours. Training will be Monday – Friday; 8:30am – 5:30pm for the first 4 week. Pay Rate: $14/hr. Coordinates access to therapies through the patients healthcare providers. Schedules and conducts appropriate follow-up based on each patient s situation. Facilitates access to appropriate support services, including reimbursement counseling, nursing hotline, and support. Processes incoming enrollment forms for program. Follows up via phone, mail, and/or fax for missing enrollment information. Supports payer research, health care policy library, and state management. Identifies other sources of health care coverage for patients through simple queries and use of PayerPlus database. Performs related duties as assigned.
