About this job
This is a permanent position with our client in Long Island. You will work in either Garden City or East Hills. You can be assigned to either location upon hire so you must be comfortable commuting to Garden City and East Hills.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of practice management software (NexTech) and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
Working knowledge of medical billing protocol and medical terminology
Working knowledge of insurance plans and self-pay patients
Detail-oriented
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Excellent organization and problem solving skills
Excellent customer service skills
Will train in all satellite locations and must understand that they can be assigned to any two locations.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
