Job Specification - We are willing to train you. The position requires the ability to supervise employees, knowledge of all aspects of restaurant operation; highly defined sense of responsibility. Job Summary - Reports directly to the Owner. Oversees all operations and supervises staff. Job Objectives - Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Be available and ready for work as scheduled, dressed in appropriate attire. Hire, train, motivate and delegate responsibilities to staff; terminate when necessary.Ensure all customers receive proper and exceptional service from all employees.Responsible for maintaining standards of operation and food production. Oversee dining room, kitchen, and point of sale transactions. Ensure business is in compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations.
