Dough Roller

Job Mission: This position is one of the most important positions at our restaurant -- we take great pride in rolling our dough fresh daily in-store. Customers love it. Our competitors try to imitate it. But nobody does it like we do, because we don't cut corners. Our dough roller is the heart of our restaurant, a true expert in all things pizza. Job Description: Our dough roller rolls dough for two days per week starting at 7AM. The dough roller typically works 7+ hours per day. The roller will be trained to meet our high standards for dough quality, time-efficiency, and cross trained into other areas of responsibility as needed.

Job Requirements: 

* Early morning availability, including weekends
* 15-40 hours of time commitment per week
* Obsession with detail and quality
* No experience is necessary
* 100% reliable without exception
* A strong desire to learn and compete

Compensation: $12.50 -- $15 / hour DOE plus weekly cash tips
