The Project Manager is responsible for the development and maintenance of business process designs and improvements within the Quality function for Member Services Organization. This position effectively utilizes project management techniques, with deliverables that include original design concepts, team consensus and integration of design approaches, sign-off by senior leadership, and accurate implementation of designs.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
* Facilitates implementation of quality and business requirements throughout development lifecycle
* Conducts analysis to obtain a working knowledge of quality-related business processes and systems capabilities
* Prepares documentation of requirements and deliverables and presents business requirements for sign-off
* Performs functional testing and supports implementation of business requirements into production
* Ensures functionality is consistent and integrated with other business requirements
* Integrates business, system, and policy changes into designs
* Manages relationships with functional teams to identify evolving business needs
* Ensures implemented designs make training easier, improve productivity and are user friendly
* Utilizes and contributes to project/process management approach
* Estimates, plans and manages deadlines
* Provides input for plan creation
* Provides updates to project plans and prepares status reports
* Identifies and resolves obstacles to system and process implementations
* Utilizes and provides input to refine standards and methodology
* Prepares and implements change requests
* Provides input for cost/benefit analysis

Job Requirements:
* Project management skills
* Ability to use root cause analysis identification methods
* Ability to manage assigned workload and deliver quality work on-time
* Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools, methods and increasing knowledge base
* Specialized knowledge and experience relating to a specific business or project
* Ability to communicate in spoken and written English well enough to be understood by direct reports, supervisors, co-workers, and customers
* Ability to enter data and maneuver efficiently using a keyboard, operate a mouse, use telephone and headset equipment, and listen while keying information into the system
* Ability to meet the physical requirements of sitting and some standing and walking, with bending and reaching as necessary
* Ability to demonstrate self-control by maintaining composure and keeping emotions in check even in difficult situations
* All employees/associates may in the course of their duties come in contact with Credit / Debit Card Data. If this data is exposed as part of their position in the site/center, the associate must protect that data as directed and required by the compliance team to ensure SHC's compliance to current Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards (DSS)

Preferred Skills:
* Experience working in a Quality organization, preferably a call center Quality organization
* Expert in Microsoft Project, Visio, and PowerPoint
* Experience managing complex projects with Information Technology requirements
