Employees will be mainly wrapping or re-wrapping individual frames in bubble wrap material for packing, but could be assisting in any area of production including the following: Employees may be assisting with assembly and production of pictures, frames and other wall art. These positions perform various tasks & could use equipment such as an air nailer, glass cutter, glue and roll-on adhesives. Most assembly positions are primarily hand packing and require some attention to detail. Most lifting is light but may be occasionally up to 40 lbs. Employees may also assist as order pullers and shipping. On these days, employees will be carefully reading and pulling parts, packaging for individual "amazon" orders, measuring box size to the nearest inch and creating shipping labels. All employees rotate some from order pulling, shipping, assembly and production. At times, employees that may be a good fit for container unloading will assist when needed. Products are light by wholesale must be palletized and shrink wrapped. Must be able to stand for up to 10 hours per day, perform repetitive assembly motions, read and write in English, pay close attention to detail and lift up to 20 lbs semi-regularly and up to 40 pounds occasionally.
