Customer Service Representative
New Albany, OH
Currently seeking outbound agents to work in a collections call center environment with a leading Financial Services and Credit Card company in New Albany, OH. The ideal candidate will possess great phone presence and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative
- Handle outbound phone calls to customers regarding their account.
- Read a disclosure to each customer regarding their debt in compliance with collection laws and regulations.
- Transfer customers to the appropriate department.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Requirements of the Customer Service Representative
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Customer Service experience
- Impeccable attendance record
- Stable work history
- Schedule: full-time, 40 hours per week with open availability from 8am-10pm (Monday through Friday) and ability to work a required rotating Saturday shift form 8am-2pm
Compensation of the Customer Service Representative
Starting salary for this position is $14.00 hourly.
