Horseshoe- Binion's Steakhouse- Food Server

Responsible for providing fine dining services to restaurant Guests in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner. Performs necessary tasks to service Guest, i.e.; taking and filling all food and drink orders and assisting in maintaining Guest dining area in a clean and neat manner. Must be able to possess excellent Guest service skills.

Attend to the needs of our guests including but not limited to, greeting and welcoming, taking drink and food orders into Micros system, serving drinks and food to the guests, ensuring guest satisfaction, clearing dirty dishes and glasses, and removing trash from table, presenting guest with check, taking payment from guest. Servers are also responsible for assisting other servers whenever and wherever needed, completing assigned sidework, keeping tables neat, clean and appropriately stocked.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Previous experience as a food server; experience in customer service required.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift and carry heavy trays.

Ability to read, speak, and understand English.
