AP / Vendor Relations Reps.

Accounts Payable Representatives are responsible for working with vendors to resolve invoicing issues and assure payments are completed.

• Primary responsibilities include processing all vendor invoices by coding, copying, logging and inputting into Host and filing in accordance with standard policies and procedures.
• Work closely with the Director of Billing and Accounts Payable on issue resolution and other department operational tasks.
• Will be responsible for 26 vendor accounts assisting with anything the vendor may need.

Required:

Bachelors Degree

Must have Expert Excel Skills. Familiar with pivot tables and v-lookups. Should be familiar with reading aging reports.

Must have customer service experience.
