Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Candidates will be working in an office environment will a total of 5 employees in the call center

Will be required to respond to customers calls setting up services for clients in a 50 mile radius of Fargo/Moorhead

Will deal with distraught customer, and candidates will be required to calm the client down and make them feel comfortable

Call volume is about 20-30 calls on average/day
Call volume is based on weather. Extremely hot days and cold days call volume is very high

Entering client information and contacting service technician on next job site

Must Have:
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Computer proficient

Nice to Have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is a plus
- Collections experience is great, not required.

Hours: M-F 10:00am-7:00pm
Will be required to work every 6th Saturday (Saturday and Sundays in the winter)
