Data Entry Clerk (100% Data Entry Job)

12 Openings on various shifts!

100 % Data Entry Position
- Operates keyboard to enter data into computer on 8 and 10 hour shifts; no contact with clients/customers.
- Candidates will be keying in check numbers (i.e. routing number, account number, check amounts) to re-verify what their banking system didn't verify (Bank system verifies only 60-70% of checks only so this department helps verify the remaining)
- Entering in check information, check after check, back to back, all day
- Data entry must be delivered to a tight deadlines (three daily deposit times are 4 AM, 12 PM and 3 PM) so the ability to work under pressure is vital.
- Focused and self motivated and demonstrate maturity and responsibility in getting the job done.

TRAINING:
Contractors will now train for 2 weeks (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm).


12 Shifts & Openings remain:

3 = Saturday thru Wednesday, 1130am to 8pm
2 = Thursday thru Monday, 1130am to 8pm
3 = Monday thru Friday, 230pm to 10pm
4 = Thursday thru Monday, 1130pm to 8am

Qualifications:

- 6 months to 1+ years of Data Entry Experience
- 8,000 KSPH typing score
- Good level of computer literacy
- Extensive knowledge of using the numeric/alpha keys in order to accurately key data from source documents into computer, following format displayed on screen - meeting quality and productivity goals.
- Demonstrate good analytical skills and who will maintain a high level of functionality when working under pressure, the ability to work at speed with accuracy and high level to attention to detail.
