Hiring a Shift Mitigation Manager

Job Duties:

• They will be working with the mitigation crew, entering the new jobs.
• They will need to have a construction background, Anything hands on from carpentry, construction, remodeling, landscaping etc.
• They need a level of professionalism, being able to answer phone calls from the Mitigation crew, and from insurance companies about the jobs. Being able to articulate and speak well is a MUST.
• They need to have a leadership background, and be able to handle teams.

This is a management position, you will be answering to the highest leadership in the company and managing a crew of your own workers.
