Job Description:

Customer Service Reps will be working on the Sephora campaign, responding to customer questions via email or phone about sephora.com related to products, services, and promotions.

Most of the calls will be:
- educating customers on how to use the website to find products
- assisting with placing orders
- how to apply coupons and promotions at checkout
- check on order status
- navigate how to schedule beauty consultations through the website
- where to locate product information on the website

Qualification:

- HS diploma or GED
- call center not necessary. retail / food service / gas station counts as csr exp.
- must know how to navigate a website - someone who has never done online shopping or never spends time on the internet will not do well
- ability to multitask - talk on the phone while using the computer
